1/2 by 20 adapter?

Anyone know if they make an adapter to attach a 1/2 by 20 threaded suppressor to a 1/2 by 28tpi barrel?

What's the barrel diameter? Given that, should be easy to make on a lathe. Might be able to make one for you. :)

This may be the opposite of what you’re looking for but it’s the closest I could find. Perhaps you could play mix and match with two different size adaptors to meet your needs. Worse case scenario have a machinist make what you need.
