NICE!!! That is a form of dog sport I would love to try... But I seem to be a swamp slogger... I would likely feel abused and assaulted after a weekend in the grades and rocky ground...:o

Great pictures. I was hunting around Casper in October for antelope and stumbled across some moutain lion tracks. Damn those cats are big.

My 1st Elk hunt in Colorado, Jackson County, while scouting the day before opening i came across a mound of grass with a calf hoof sticking out the top and then realized what i had found. I did some back-tracking as I had no firearm with me. I made a spike camp a couple hundred yards away that night alone as my hunting bud opted for the comfort of the camper and I was entertained by all kinds of scuffles and noises throughout the night. That was 3rd Rifle and I had to have my boots and canteen in the sleeping bag also.
