Is the a magazine capacity limit for varmints and hogs in Missouri? Going hunting for the first time this weekend and trying to decide which gun to take.

That's a good question, although I don't believe there's a limit on magazine capacity for varmint hunting which would include coyotes.I've hunted coyotes with my AR15 here in MO. with 20 and 30 rounders and never had a problem.
Where are you able to hunt hogs here in MO.??? Southern MO.??? we don't have any hogs in central MO.

DOC has a publicity campaign here in jasper county (SW corner) about popping hogs and reporting them when you see them.

Don't know if that means we have them, or if they're just watching for them.

I'm mainly interested in coyotes. A guy I work with hunts hogs around Stockton lake. I may go out there some time and see what's up.

The only "caveat" I can think of would be if you are hunting during one of the firearms deer seasons. Then you would have to have a valid deer tag for the area/season you are hunting and remain within the restrictions set for firearms deer season.
