Thompson Contender barrel part

Where do I find the nut that is driven into the recess on the Thompson Contender pistol barrel to screw in the forend. I have two barrels that are missing the nut. Brian

I believe you are refering to the dove-tailed anchor/anchors on the underside of the barrel. With use, these will become loose and if one is not paying attention, it can get lost. A few years back, I encountered this problem and the good folks at TC shipped me one, at no cost. Glad you posted this question as eventually, we all will run into this problem. ....... ;)
