good Smith in western wa?

I'm looking for a good Gunsmith in western Wa to thread and brake a Winchester M70 classic in .300 win mag with a 26" barrel. As i went shooting yesterday put 20 rounds down range and i have a extremely sore shoulder today. Also need manufactures who make good brakes also any advantages to porting a barrel over braking it?
