hey guys - i tried to pack a few spent Soviet .50-cal casings out of the 'Stan last year, but no luck. They make a fine bottle-opener once crossed with an angle iron. Anyone know where I can buy a few of these in the USA?

Thanks

Sorry to hear the Army has sunk to keeping empties out of the hands of the guys that earned them. Guess you were lucky not to catch heat on it.

If I had any, I'd send them to you.

Try www.subguns.com and ask there. Might have better odds.

Good luck, JT

The rounds show up at cartridge collector shows, but they aren't cheap. Sucks they wouldn't let you keep empties!
