i plan on going to a gunsmithing trade school but id like to know a few things about bullet calibers, like how a .45 acp bullet would be relative to the type of loading, to grain weight, weight of bullet and diameter, are relative to the rate of rifling of a barrel etc. what im trying to say is id like to go into custom-builder, pistol smith, making my own type of bullets but i need to to know everything that goes into making a bullet, what are all the factors that will effect a bullets ballistics, type of casing, loading, grains, diameter, weight, length of bullet, etc please excuse the way i am typing im not the best

Try the Handloading & Reloading forum. There is probably already a thread on your question. Just click the "search this forum" link.

Hope that helped. :)
