Hello to all here,Is there a site or place where the older gun guys hang out.Trapdoor,Sharps Rolling block,and the such.45-70,50-70 or some of the older cartriges.Just wanted to know,,thanks chuck

Well, they can be discussed in Rifle, here at C&R, or in the Black Powder forum if they are BP guns.
Rifle gets more traffic than here, but answers to specific queries about old guns/cartridges tend to be a little more refined in this forum.

There are lots of us blued steel and walnut stocked gun shooters in here, I myself shoot and hunt with all those you mentioned.

I shoot my original burnside, 54 cal, smith and maynard, 50 cal. Trapdoor rifle and carbine 45/70 cal. couple re-pros...Colt 1860 and Remington 1858
