I got this gun from my father who got it from my mothers grandfather. My Great Granddaddy was born in Cotton Plant MO in 1891 and has had it since the 20's. Is there anything you can tell me about it?

If it is 12 Gauge, in good shape, has solid steel barrels, and 2 3/4" chambers, it should be a good hunting shotgun. There is some collector interest but only in top condition guns.
I would have it examined by a gunsmith before attempting to fire it, though. If it was new in the 1920's it should not have Damascus barrels, but it could be made for either 2 9/16 of the modern 2 3/4 inch shells. That needs to be checked.
Value, in very good condition, is running around $450-500.
You can Google "Batavia Leader" and "Baker Gun" for more inormation.
