I know that trijicon makes a mount that allows you to mount an ACOG onto your M1A.

Has anyone had any experience with this or know of any reviews?

Would this give you the correct eye relief if mounted to a Springfield Scout M1A?

The ACOG is one of the best combat sights out there for a general purpose weapon that isn't optimized for CQB or long range shooting. Haven't used one on an M1A, but have tried them out on a FAL (along with MGOs -- ACOG much better) and it's a pretty nice set up.

You'll have to get a mount that gives you a conventional scope set up. The ACOG won't work on the rail section that comes standard on the Springfield Scouts.
