picked one up this evening.
5.5" 45colt.
probably 90% condition or better. blued/colored.
i've seen the antique finish uberti and others do....i like it.
looking to strip the finish from this one and see what i end up with.
have a uberti/emf frontier marshal, pretty much the same gun with a brass back strap/trigger guard. i've been scotch brighting and steel wooling it, definitely has used look to it. but i don't want to push my luck with it.
right now it looks good, and oh my gawd does it shoot.
i want to throw the new to the dogs, before i try anything drastic with the old one.
anything special about taylors or have at it?
