EMF Hartford 1892

Sorry if someone's asked this recently (I didn't see anything in a quick scan of the threads). I’ve seen a few EMF Hartford 1892 carbines (20” barrel) lately. Anyone know anything about them? Are they any good? Think I also read the other day that Rossi was bought by Taurus, and declined to renew the contract with EMF. Wonder what Taurus wanted with them and if they plan to sell them as Taurus rifles.

I had an EMF Hartford '92 a few years ago. It was chambered in .45 LC. It had the 20" octagonal barrel. I traded it in on a milsurp rifle I thought I had to have. I wish that I had never parted with it. Great rifle.
