how can I improove my accuracy? barrel lapping? ect...

also, my bolt it really tough to open and close. its not the matching bolt. it feels like its an extremely tight fit.

first I would address the problem with the bolt. Then make sure the barrel is thoroughly cleaned. I mounted a Simmons ProHunter on a Kwik-Site rail on mine. Its very accurate.
