I received a flyer from the NRA. They advertised a 9oz belt. The ad said it's beefy enough to handle your holstered handgun all day. Anyone have one of these? I have a few gunbelts, but this looks like a great deal for 25.00. And helps the NRA.

It's a single layer belt. It might hold up well at first, but I'm guessing it won't last very long before it starts breaking down and sagging.

If you want a gun belt, don't cheap out. Make the investment in one that will last or otherwise you'll be surprised how many $25 belts you keep buying.

And yes, I speak from example. My first belt was a $50 belt. It lasted about a year. My second belt was $100 but it's already lasted twice as long.

www.thebeltman.net is a great place to start looking.
