I'm trying to buy some replacement parts for a old H&R 922. The listing over at e-gun parts has them broken out by series (e.g.. J to V) My 922 has a serial number starting with L46xxx. Is my 922 a series "L" then? Also wondering if anybody has an approx age

I have an old H&R single shot topper Im in the middle of re doing with the tactical stuff. guy I bought it from said it was made in the 60's. get the sn# and the model number and google it. some kind of chart should be there. And stay away from FTF industries, I ordered the butt stock and stuff and they cashed my check and left me hangin:o

The "L" prefix is for 1951 guns.
