Location: Across from Dayton Int'l Airport, between a Toyota dealership & a motel.

Stopped by their range during the Easter weekend, overheard a customer trying to return a broken magazine he purchased 2 weeks ago without a receipt. The staff was extremely patience and helpful, they did not ask the guy any questions and replaced a new magazine for him.
I don't think the guy was a regular customer.

I am glad that I stopped by the shop, their range was very nice and staffed with a very professional safety officer. The wait is a bit long but it was all worth it! I will be back again!

+1,000 for reasonable price, knowledgeable staffs, and great customer service!

I actually recently had an FFL transfer through Vandalia Range, and have been in there numerous times browsing. My wife enjoys it because one of the owners is a female, which made her feel more at ease in a gun shop, and who was very helpful with some of her gun questions.

I've been there, new place with lots of empty space.

There's a nice shop named "old english" (I think) near by as well.

Probably empty space for all the ammo that is not available due to the panic. I have been an Olde English customer for years. Lot of neat stuff but they sure need a competitor to make sure their prices don't get out of hand. At least Mr. English's sales staff have always seemed decent enough, they are not like the guys that everyone is always complaining about that talk down to you or act like budd holes. But on Saturdays it can be a chore to get their full attention.

But on Saturdays it can be a chore to get their full attention.

Ain't that true everywhere today?!!

I used to be stop at Vance Shooter Supplies in Columbus all the time until it became too long a wait to get anyone's attention, let alone it took forever to fill and clear the transfer form.

I've never been to Vance myself, they seems to be the largest non-chain dealer in Ohio.

My brother-in-law is a frequent at the Olde English, he has told me many times about their great & fast service.

Been to both. Olde English has changed for the better over the years. Used to get snotty responses if your tastes didn't match the salespersons. Went there recently and was treated well. Vances is reverse, used to be a great place, now it is luck of the draw with the sales folk. There is a young guy that is extremely cocky and irritating. I have caught him doing the high pressure sales thing to a few folks, which is ridiculous because they don't work on commission. Vances still has the best prices MOST of the time. Now I have been going to TNT Firearms in Findlay. Definately the best out of all of them. Used to be a quiet shop until one day in November. They underprice all of the big names in the state, by at least $20.

You don't happen to know their address, do you?
