Sent him an e-mail with some questions. He promptly called me back with answers and took time explaining the difference between his holster design and the ones that are commonly available. Not sure about the quality of his holsters as I don't own any yet, but with customer service like that I am more than willing to give him a shot at making me one.
Two important things I pulled from the conversation.
1. He is very interested in making the best quality holsters he can. He started out making them for himself. Word passionate comes to mind.
2.One man operation, or at least contacting him is very easy. Not worried about getting the run around if I have trouble.
