I have an old Belgium browing A5 of the 1950's that I picked up at a gun show for $350 bucks. It's a magnum 12 that shoots the 3" shell. I will never sell this gun.
Question, can the older barrels be gunsmithed to accept the invector choke? I rather enjoy shooting full chokes or better and this shotgun is a modified choke.

Yep, does depend on bore and barrel wall thickness, but lots of options for a 12ga. Check out Mike Orlen, here's a link to the forum over on ShotgunWorld where he's the moderator.
Most good gunsmiths can do the job too, if they've got the tooling.

And there is Jess Briley also. He/they are one of the leading specialists for installing choke tubes in older shotgun barrels.
