I recently lost the grip screws for my Crimson Trace LG 405's. I sent an email to Crimson Trace asking how to order replacements. They responded promptly and asked for my address. After I gave it, they sent an email that the screws were on the way. Free, although I expected to pay. Yesterday, I received not only the screws but also new batteries, cleaning swabs, a newsletter, and a DVD on practicing and tactical usage. Kudos to CT for great customer service.

P.S. I used blue loctite this time!

I had a similar experience with Beretta. I lost a grip screw and called for a new one. They said they would send them out ASAP. Two days later I got a call that they had sent blued instead of stainless, so they were sending out another set. When I got them, they were full sets with bushings instead of a single screw like I needed.
