Ear protection

Recommend hearing protection for wear while hiking /hunting.Years ago I wore North Sonic Valve plugs-they didn't seem to work that well but did attenuate gunfire somewhat. I know there is better stuff now.

i have been using these for several years..........they work well and are comfortable
