Can I reload 9x18 Makarov with 9x19 Dies?

I just got a PA-63 and 250 rounds of S&B boxer primed brass.

Can 9x18 be reloaded with 9x19 dies that I currently have?

No; it's a completely different case, so you need the proper dies.

No. However it IS possible to convert 9mmx19 cases into 9mm Makarov (Since the Mak is common in the US now there is no longer any need to do this). Base diameters are essentially the same but the 9x19 is tapered and the Mak is a straight walled case. The difference is why the Parabellum dies won't work for the Mak and why the Mak uses bullets several thousandths larger in diameter. To convert, the case mouths are expanded and trimmed to the shorter length of the 9x18m Mak.
