have a chance to buy a 1100 12 gague improved cyl does not have a barrel that has changeable chokes it's in great shape can a barrel be purchased that would have screw in chokes thanks R Hoffler:)

Absolutely !!!
Some years back, I bought an 1100 with a Fixed full choke plain barrel and later, bought a used Modified fixed choke vent rib barrel. Then a smooth bore slug barrel. Have taken more game with this 1100 shotgun than any other shotgun I own. We have a very close relationship and in a few more years, it will serve one of my grandsons. Life is good !!!

Oops, just reread the original post so might have to back off a bit. All of my barrels are fixed choke but would guess that you should be able to find one. All of my barrels are Remingtons.
