I have a new HK P2000 on the way :D I have 2 small children and would like a recommendation on a good lockbox for my pistol. Thanks!

These can be found for $99. You can bolt them down, very solid, programmable keypad allows access in seconds. :cool:

Like you, I was in the market for that type of product (for the same reason) and I found that the GunVault had some negative feedback associated with it.

i got a safe from valusafe for 120. works for me--holds my 2 guns and ammo just fine--if you bolt it down,use bigger anchors:D

Makes a nice handgun safe. Keypad and keyed entry. Under $70 at Bass Pro Shop.

I love my GunVault. It lives under my bed. I can access my pistol in about a second.
