I placed an order with OMB Express (http://store.ombexpress.com/index.html) at around 7PM Friday night. Due to a mixup (partially my fault) I did not receive the free shipping promised in the special offer I to which I responded. It was an email offer (I requested to be placed on the list) but I didn't click through on the email so the free shipping offer wasn't processed.
At 8:30PM Friday night I sent an email to their customer service asking about the problem. At 8:23AM Saturday morning I had an email response from OMB customer service indicating the problem would be fixed. At 8:20AM Monday morning another email arrived confirming that the invoice had been corrected.
Besides the fact that I got a great deal on Glock night sights ($52 for a complete set) I think that's pretty impressive responsiveness.
I've bought a number of things from OMB in the past and will certainly be doing business with them again.
