I have an opportunity to get one of these for a good price. It has the detatchable magazine, and the poly-choke.

Does anyone have one, or any experience / opinions on this gun?

thanks

One of 2 heirlooms stolen in a burglary was my dad's first centerfire gun... a .410 bolt with the poly choke but not a detachable magazine. it was fine shootin' gun. I killed countless rabbits and pheasents and literally hundreds of pounds of squirrels. That is only what I shot with it. It was used by dad and relatives alot from 1951 or so.
Mine was a super smooth action (smoother than brand new rifles) and it was 45 years old when it was stolen.

not sure of your "god price" around here they go for $150, on average never shot one personaly bil had one in 20ga only bad thing I heard was they kick a lot more than pumps, ect. His stock cracked on the bottom near where magazine goes in and the mag would not stay locked in, basically made it a single shot. hope this helps
