.400 Powder and Bullets?

Howdy guys,

I want to start reloading for the 40SW and 10mm auto and was wondering what would be a good powder that I could use for both.

Also any recommendations on good (180gr) target bullets would also be helpful.

yah I thought no7 was a good choice but none of my booklets came with any info on using no7 with 40sw
