Do Benelli make the M4 in a 20 inch barrel?

If not would a M2 be a good alternative? this is for 3-gun type fun.

Anyone??? I know the ones i've seen on this site are 18".

I'm interested in the Benelli M4 as well.... in black, with the extended tube for extra rounds, and hopefully I can get one with a collapsible stock......

is the collapsible stock available to non-law enforcement?
