And the stock seems kind of short and my right arms seems crunched up when shooting. I've searched for longer stock but have come up with nothing.
Are these stocks interchangeable with any other model?
Or what is a good place to find a longer replacement stock?
And as a last question would a thicker butt pad help out if I can't find a longer stock?

Brownell's sell butt stock spacers up to one inch in thickness. That may be a solution for you. You would have to grind them down to match your stock shape.

A thicker recoil pad is probably your easiest solution to increase the length of pull so the gun fits you - for probably under $ 50.
That model was made in 12, 16, 20, 28 gagues and .410 . I believe the receivers on the 20 and 28ga are the same, so if you find a 20ga stock I think it will fit / but you might find the dimensions are the same.
Re-stocking a gun can be pretty expensive / $ 150 - $ 300 pretty easily. You might look in Brownells and see if they have anything that would fit that model / its been in production since the mid 1940's I think but it may be out of production now.
