Just got done "cooking" the mount, thought I'd share a few photos. After removing the hide and eyes the skull is boiled in a bleach and water mixture for about 4 hours.

Great job and like the way you kept the rack out of the mix. I know it's not rocket science but what was the ratio or bleach to water? What did you do about the brains?? Did you perform any task during the four hours, like checking what the flesh was doing? We have a local taxidermist that will do these mounts for the cape. Not sure how he does his but you have given me the incentive to try one. By the way, that is one nice rack!! Be Safe !!
