Alrighty, so after much consideration for my first tactical rifle, I have decided to build a 10FP (Mcmillan version) with a Bushnell 4200 6-24 scope. I will be using the rifle for a little bit of hunting, but mainly target shooting, which will be done at distances from 100-800 yards. What I need are suggestions for rings and bases that you guys feel would get the job done based on what the rifle would be used for. Any links or other resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

I have a 12FV .308 with the Bushnell Elite Tactical 6-24x50 which has 45 MOA so I purchased a 20moa Base and standard rings both from http://www.kenfarrell.com/ best CS I have ever dealt with. They are pricey but I feel well worth it.

I am finishing the assembly of my 10FP in .308 right now.
I too, chose Ken Farrell rings and base. I went with standard rings and a 0 MOA base, and I opted to have the "matched set" they offer. I also had a wonderful customer service experience.
The one downside I experienced was that the comb was too low with these rings (which I have sinced solved), but you shouldn't have that problem with the McMillan stock.
Make sure to post pictures when you're done.

and I had another question: Is there any benefit to a one-piece vs a 2-piece setup? And is there anything else I will need other than just the rings and bases? Only other rifle I have is an Lrt Sass which I just set up with a one-piece mount.

Not sure what you mean by build a 10FP, here (http://savageshooters.baker-media.com/SavageForum/index.php/topic,4316.0.html) is the cheapest I have seened them for sale.
I use a one piece base as with a 2 piece there is the potential to set them at different heights with would tweak your scope.
Just get you some ammo and trigger time and you will be good to go. I also have a bipod you can get that later on if you choose.
