Flashlight forend for Benelli M3 ?

Do you guy know if is there a Flashlight integrated forend for a Benelli M3 super 90 ? Wich brand ? I think Surefire only makes it for the M1...

If somebody knows it, where can I get one ?

I think surefire makes one but its 300$ +, good luck.
