I have to oppertunity to purchase 3 smith and wessons model 15 pistoles they are all about 80 to 90 % condition for $950 to start off with they are all snub noses and in 38 special the model 15-4 serial is 30K83XX then other 2 just said model 15 serial # 6312XX and serial # S9707XX Any idea on the value or when these were made?

Serial Nr. 30K83XX dates to 1978
All model 15's should have a "K" serial number prefix, which means the other two serial numbers you indicate probably are not Model 15's.
S9707XX -- This is most likely be a post-war model 10 (fixed sights).
6312XX -- Without a letter prefix, this should be a pre-war or WW-II production revolver. Without more detail, exactly which gun is hard to say.

Your K-22 would have been shipped in 1955.
