What are some merits of this system, in what situations/ settings would this system be utilized and would this system be used in conjuction with traditional shooting techniques? (ie weave, isso., ect)

Also I'ld like to know what are some disadvantages / limitations of this system?

Thanks

Thanks alot Don!

One thing though, I can never get an answer on this, for a right handed shooter, engaging a target to his/ her immediate right, does he switch hands and fire from the same stance with the left hand as the strong hand, or is the right hand shooting stance fixxed and he/she moves their body 180 degrees to engage the threat?

I have been introduced to CAR from a certified instructor.
Yes...CAR teaches you to switch hands.

I must admit to not being a big fan of CAR
Not to mention that I feel the hand switch is prone to being fumbled.
But the instructor..who is a full time police instructor with a large PD..makes it look easy.
To each his own, I guess.
