5.11 Tactical Fleece Jacket

I see what looks to be a terrific price on a 5.11 Tactical Fleece Jacket with a taffeta liner going on at LA Police Gear. At $49 the price looks to be about 40% lower than anyone else is offering for it.

Now my question is if anyone has any experience in the wind protection that this liner provides. I guess I will pick one up. Used to have a Brit sweater with a liner that was great, but fleece is way better.

I have bought 5.11 boots from lapolicegear that convinced me of 5.11 quality.

Is it just me, or is anyone else expecting to see a 5.11 Tactical G-String hit the market soon? Tactical Adult Diapers next?

I really wish they'd start making some of their stuff in colors other than Shoot-Me-First-OD, Shoot-Me-First-Khaki, and Laugh-At-My-Mall-Ninja-Crap-While-Shooting-Me-First-Black.

The windstopper fleece is great. I've been wearing a Marmot jacket for about 4 years. I wouldn't buy 5.11 though. Look at campmor.com or killerdeals.com and find another commercial jacket that doesn't look like a mall ninja costume.
