I ordered their CO2 load-ejector for my T/C .50 Hawken (for the obvious reason :o ). Based on the photo on their web-site, I expected it to arrive with the adapter necessary for the #11 nipple on the rifle.
Well, it did not. The package said, "adapters must be purchased separately." I called their customer service center, and they said they knew about that, that the catalogue had that warning and so did their computers when someone made a telephone order. When I pointed out that their website did NOT, the operator immediately put a supervisor on with me.
She verified I knew what I was talking about, asked which adapter I needed, and told me right then and there that she would make it right by sending me the adapter I need for my rifle, no charge, not even for shipping. Then she said she'd write the web-site managers ASAP to fix their site to clarify what is and is not included in the base unit.
I was very impressed and wanted to share the good word with you all. :)
