sent them an older Leatherman Wave for reconditioning...within couple of weeks, they sent me back a perfectly reconditioned original WAVE AND a NEW UPDATED VERSION OF WAVE!!!:)
Will definitely stay with Leatherman. Can't believe their service!

LTG has had to work extra hard keeping people happy since they got busted for putting the "Made in America" stanp on some of the less expensive products that they were bringing in from China:eek: .
That type of incident really hurts customer loyalty, especially when Gerber Legendary Blades is in the same town and SOG is a couple hours north...

I live in the immediate area of Gerber (15 min's away) and have found their customer service to be excellent also. I look forward to their annual blade sharpening at the factory for usually $15 or less. It's well worth it.
