search not working

I tried using the search and advanced search and it appears to not be working right now. Tried on my home and work pc's and nothing.

Had worked in the psat just not now. Last time tried was 1345 Zulu.

What does "not working" mean? I tried a quick search for "moscow" and an advanced search for "bulgaria", and both worked.
