I want to cast some 200 Gr RN 45ACP bullets, and I'm new to casting.
Do all bullets need to be sized? Can I just get a .452 mold and use them as is? I'm not going to use gas checks.
I have a dillon press so it isn't very convenient to set up a lee resizer...
I'm going to use a microgroove bullet and tumble lube. Thanks.

Nope, not all cast bullets need to be resized. If they cast between .451 and .453, you can skip the sizing. I prefer Johnson's Paste wax as a lube over Lee's Liquid Alox because the wax does not stay tacky. The bullets must be warmed slightly to use the wax, but otherwise application is the same.
The Lee six cavity moulds are well worth the extra money. They are better built than the Lee one and two cavity moulds, and give far faster production.
At some point, you might want to pick up the little Lee C press that they give away with the loading manual. I use one constantly for stuff like sizing cast. It's not a press I would care to do full length sizing of rifle cases on, but it's just the thing to have for minor odd jobs.
