Suggestion of Posting Rules

I find it's often hard to navigate through threads and posts. I've realized this is because everything blends in together.

I'd like to suggest turning [IMG] codes on, or at least giving Members an ability to select an Avatar from a controlled selection, or maybe upload their own.

This gives a personality to each member, and distinguishes the thread replies better.
