Took me about 2 hours to make and it reminded me why i hated with wood so much.
Legs are made from 2x4s and 2x6s and screwed in L shapes, the frame is made of 2x6s, and the top is 1x8s covered with 2 sheets of 1/2" MDF.
I have it set up to where I can quickly remove my C&H H press to access the 550.

Looks good. Did you do any crossbracing between the legs front to back and side to side? My bench is huge, but the bracing took all the spring and wobble out of it.
I built mine with 4x4 for legs, cross braced both directions with 2x4 and a 2x6 lengthwise for a shelf underneath. The top is 2x8 with no gaps and 2x4 stringers, then 3 layers of 3/8" plywood. Everything is screwed together for the frame and the top is glued and nailed to unitize the plywood. Materials were from a machine crate, my cost was only stain, screws, glue and time.

For someone who hates wood it looks like you got along quite well :D
I gotta get me a strong mount. Do you have to reposition your seating height?

I need the vice for rebarreling ARs
As far as seating position, the way I have it set up requires me to raise my seat up a little bit, but thats not a big deal since i'm using a desk chair.

Looks great, but I hope you have more light available while loading...

Nice! Much better than my ratty old office desk, braced with a 2X4 under the press...
