Anyone have a solution for a lighter trigger pull on my 22 Winmag, besides heading to the smithy? Thanks

What brand do you have? After that we can talk maybe.

Gotta give me more than that. How about a model number, the trigger may be adjustable without going to too much trouble.

I do it myself a good bit of the time.

With what you have, it is up to a smith to do the work unless you have the tools and can take directions very well. The trigger and sear have to be adjusted by stoning and it isn't something most folks can undertake. A decent smith should be able to help you fairly reasonably though. Sorry couldn't help much with it.

a quick search over at rimfirecentral.com will produce several options for improving your guns trigger. cheapest is a spring replacement, Rifle Basix makes a replacement trigger that is nice.
