Carbelite stocks?

Does anybody know anything about Carbelite stocks from Bell and Carlson? Good, bad or indifferent?

Carbelite stocks are injection-molded industrial foam, not known for its light weight. They used to be quite thick through the stock and cheekpiece due to the low strength of the foam. I have not handled one for a few years now, so they might have gotten thinner.
