Trijicon Acog Reflex

I am real close to buying a Reflex II for my Colt A3 M4. Was just wondering what everyone thought of them and what's the difference between the Reflex and the Reflex II? I will be getting the handle mount, at least that's the plan right now.

The Reflex has a round dot and the Reflex II has a trianglular one.

I have a Reflex on my Bushmaster M17s Bullpup. I really like it. Mine has the 6 MOA dot. It almost exactly covers the black on an NRA small bore 100 yard target at 100 yards. At over 100 yards I reccomend sighting it in at the 6 o-clock position so the dot doesn't cover your target.
