.45 auto rim on a Casull ?

This might be silly but, will a revolver chambered for the 454 Casull shoot .45 Auto Rim cartridges ?

the rim on the autorim cases is about twice as thick as the 454 rim and requires a special shellholder for reloading. it would require a new cylinder to be made which probably isn't cheap
