HellFire,Triburst and other full auto gadgets?

Greetings,
I was looking through a website called www.flashdistributor.com (http://www.flashdistributor.com) and saw that there are several gadgets that can convert semiauto rifles to full auto. The website says that they are legal, I wanted to know if any one has had experience with any of these gadgets.
