 I just sent my .357 supermag barrel and reciever out today to be accurized at Cryocon Barrel Accurizing. The cost was $75 plus shipping. This is supposed to increase accuracy, barrel fouling, etc., does anyone think this is BS, I sent the gun because one of my shooting partners is skeptical about it and offered to pay for it if I sent mine in. Has any one done this, does this stand the claim that is works wonders on your barrel. I'm not the best shooter in the world and if this says it increases accuracy and it really does i just might send the 1911's in for accurizing.

I will remain skeptical about the process

I've been told very positive things about Cryo-ing a rifle barrel, but I just don't see how it could help much in a handgun.

You'll have to give us a report when you get it back...
