Report him to the local Better Business (BBB) and his local police make sure to keep all conversation and email with this guy. Record all phone conversations. Every computer have a INS or IP address where the local authority can track down to a specific computer user through their host. Lets nail this dude. Hearing your stories ****** me off cause I feel your pain.
