How accurate are your Ruger Vaqueros ? I'm considering getting one instead of a Blackhawk but wonder if the fixed sights shoot to POA , any replies appreciated . thanks

In my experience, most Vaqueros are quite accurate. Most shoot low out of the box, but that allows for regulation by filing down the sight after settling on a preferred load. Windage is usually right on. I don't think you'd be disappointed with the accuracy of a Vaquero.

Sights?!?
Point and shoot, like I do at the local CAS shoot and you'll hear a "CLANG".... :)
I feel my comfort with the weight on my .357 RV gives me greater accuracy than with my S&W DA.
