Firing range info

I'm considering putting together a bizplan for an outdoor/indoor range and urban tactics training center in the Kansas City area.

I'm looking for any links on information or suggestions that would be helpful in putting this together.

Or large sums of cash would be greatly appreciated too ;)

Seriously though I think this is a complex that could be pulled off, I just have no experience with running a range, so I'm looking for some insight on the subject.
