It's a copy of the Winchester 1897.
I've heard from people who bought the copies of the Ithaca and they say they seem to be pretty rough. I haven't seen one myself yet.

Any of the Chinese knockoffs are going to be rough. I havent seen one yet that can compare to an original. I know Im going to take some heat here because of some things I have said before but please, you guys that say you cant afford the original gun, Just save a little bit longer and you will have the gun that was built from the original design as it was intended to be built and you will be much happier. I have an old original Model 12 Winchester that is not too much to look at but I guaratee that it shoots as well as it did the first day it was made in 1937! Buy American!
